Why won't anyone speak the Truth about Israel and Palestine? That they each only want "peace" if it means that THEY HAVE WON. That "Peace" is ONLY achieved when the other side concedes the point and Cedes the Holy Land, And that UNTIL that happens, there will NEVER be "peace in the middle east.

No US President, no European Leader, no Russian Czar can create "peace," without starting a World War and destroying AT LEAST one of those countries.

So let's stop prattling on about "peace" and start trying to figure a way through an intractable Religious Entitlement situation, without resorting to genocide.

yes, I agree with you in principle and am hoping the most recent press conference was not just smoke and circumstance. Israel has agreed to consider giving up pretty much everything they stole in 1967 if Palenstine and Egypt will agree to formally declare that Israel is a soverign nation and to help police the borders of Israel, which I feel is just a polite way of saying, "if you agree that you have psycho terrorists in your countries and are willing to stop them from getting into our country after admitting that we have a country."

I think it has very strong potential and hope the hardliners on both sides realize the time for sacrifice is long overdue.

Well, technically, when a group of men organize an army to invade lands long held by other men without provocation then proceed to systematically persecute, murder, and prevent those men and their families from moving about their lands as if they were dogs, then most people would call that stealing. They would also call it illegal and immoral and inexcusable.

People often forget that there was never an Israel to begin with. And by people I mean members of the Jewish community and Israeli government and by forget I mean ignore history, facts, and the truth b/c that would be inconvenient for their plans.
