One of the cats got his head stuck in the handle of a paper bag, and was tearing around the house, like his ass was on fire. Suffice it to say, this half-seen blob of fur and loud rustling noises was not how I'd hoped to wake up, this morning.

I'm still tired as shit, but adrenaline isn't really helpful in that regard.

Good morning, all. How are you?

Man... cats stuck in bags and tearing around the house has always managed to crack me up. Caitlin and I were standing around one day and my cat Shuna got stuck in a gift bag and tore through the house before she ran under a chair and left the bag behind. Then she tore upstairs to hide.

Caitlin and I were nearly on the floor with laughter. Thinking about it still makes me laugh. :) But I imagine it's different when you wake up to the noise.

Anyway, good morning. I'm doing okay, for having fallen asleep on the couch watching BBC America. Also feeling like I've been really productive lately, and rather shocked to find that Palin has wanted to ban books.

Less productive today, compared to the last couple days (or week, really). I did download and try out Google Chrome, though. I'm not a fan. It has the opposite problem compared to Gmail. Where gmail has more options than I'll ever need, Chrome totally lacks necessary options. It scrolls too quickly. You can't make it open links in a new tab, vs new window. You can't edit your bookmarks in a separate bookmark window... you can only change the folder name, but you can't like, click and drag them in a nice big viewing thing.

I'm sure there are other issues I'd have with it if I used it for more than half an hour.

And yes, very boo at banning books.

Yeah, I'm not even enthused about Chrome enough to try it :\

... since you didn't say ", today?", I get by with only answering one of them.

I've been without my own computer at work for a month. It's a PITA, but I've been getting things accomplished.

Still a smidgen sick. Conetc.

Wavery feelings. Ask again later.

Walked five miles in under two hours yesterday. Wouldn't have to if I didn't play games with myself.

Toes hurting. Kicked a rail after slipping off a tie.

Going to the Emory Pride BBQ in a few hours, followed by D&D. Hm; I should call Jason.

I've started sleeping in my closet, right after con. It's dark and comfy and quiet, and I'm oriented with my head to the North (as Feng Shue suggests). I'm not sure how I'll adjust when I get a girlfriend again. Cuddle close, I guess.
