Questions.

1) Assuming I can prove his plots? Expose him, kill him. It's for the good of the galaxy.

2) They don't mean what they used to, and the repeated masacering of various people by that state is even harder to stomach, during what is presented as a Festival of Peace. It's become an excuse for them to say, "Fuck You All. We've Got Your Number." And everyone's letting them.

3) Against. The excesses of Eric Magnus Lensher's behaviour have often exceded what is considered "acceptable," in the name of mutant/human relations, but this has never before led even a world policing organization, such as the UN, or S.H.I.E.L.D. to see fit to have the man lobotomized. If we are to stand ourselves against such excesses as Magneto has committed, then we must present ourselves as above his despicable actions. In wiping Magneto's mind, Charles Xavier sank to his level, removing his right to free will and autonomy, and denying him the opportunity for actual reform. Magnus was literally left without the ability to change his mind, as he was left with no mind to change.

Some may say that when we transgress against a social contract, we are no longer protected under that same contract, and thus the wiping of Magneto's mind was justified, as he was no longer protected. But a precident had been set, of tolerance and less-than-proportional response, for far worse crimes. Remove his powers, cripple his body, but removing his mind, his ability to will, to act, to think? Too far. Far too far.

4) Yes and Yes.

5) I appreciate that stance, and respect it, even if I don't always agree with it. I think that it makes those in search of justice havev to be more creative.

Questions.

1) Macabre

2) Yep.

3) It would depend, entirely. But I can't unequivocally say No.

4) Nope, just the same completely random insanity :)

5) It's actually a pasta recipe. Chopped tomatoes, fresh and dried herbs, fried ground meat (lamb is particularly good, but needs extra draining), fried garlic, tomato paste, red wine, shredded parmesan cheese. Combine, in the normal way.

Response questions upcomming.

Fine. I give in.

1) What will you do if we end up tenured at the same department or university somewhere down the line?

2) Would you ever coauthor something with me for publication?

3) If I had asked you in High School, would you have gone out with me? (either with or without future knowledge)

4) Favorite steak sauce?

5) Gas or charcoal for grilling?
