Right now I'm gearing up for grad school, designing our dream house with they wifey (not to be built for 10-15 years), and contemplating an off the cuff essay about Lovecraft's seafood allergies leading to the advent of Dagon and the Cthulu cult within his works. I'm also goofing off with some more short story ideas, though nothing I like as much as 'Walk a Mile,' I think that's about it.

I do have this reoccuring image in my head, it's an endless sea of surburbia, cul-de-sacs and mirror image houses, stretching into infinity. There are storm clouds above, the huge rolling black doombringers that promise a long night of thunder that would make Thor weep to think of it. Rain is starting to fall, but it's not water, it's ... it's more like oil that needs to be changed in your car, thin, but with that rainbow patina which was the only thing that facinated me about cars when I was young.

Cass Gill: about to start sewing diapers for sale. Methinks they will sell pretty good but the covers will have cool t-shirt designs on them. I'll have a site with pictures soonish (like maybe six months, after I sew and sell at least a dozen dipes)

Also, once I get Lil Miss on some kind of schedule that allows for me having two hours of uninterrupted time I will go back to my writing and FINISH those two books I started. For real.

Ostensibly, I am writing a screenplay or at least a shooting script for a...visual thing I want to do. After that, and if I can secure a camera, I will shoot said script type work using toys and hand drawn scenery since I don't have the kind of resources necessary to get actors. This is complimentary to the short story I am supposed to be writing and will be directly related and influence the rest of the works related to said story.

In reality, I am being enveloped by a phantom shadow of recidivism as I wait for Godot.

2. Working on opening an etsy shop with jewelry and little handmade things. I already have some of the jewelry done, and now I'm working on a small mixed media type shrine type thing. To who or what, I don't know yet, I just started it last night. I'm pleased that I'm working on something though. I've also decided to try getting my paralegal certificate this fall. I just need the money to do it.

I am very tired, and trying to eat and then take a nap. Things aren't making very much sense right now because I need sleep. I keep babbling at the cats and they're all staring at me.

I'm figuring out how best to approach the next steps in making an illustrated guide to the dark side of the Tree of Life, and maybe looking for a gallery that won't mind the display of nekkid demon tits and vagina dentata.

I'm figuring out where exactly art is taking me, and where I want to take it. Likewise with magick, writing, applying a sense of humour to my various works, and life in general.

I'm wondering how I can get out more, while avoiding the ghetto we live in. I do miss being able to walk useful and interesting places.

There's probably more I can't think of because I'm too busy being angry at the water thing.

I'm working on exploring the strangeness that is "stability". I just finished off my first year at this job, I'm maintaining a car loan that's half-paid off, eating well, and paying for my own insurance (car and health). From what I hear in the news, I'm doing better than most of the people in the country, even though I'm making a rather humble paycheck.
Now I just have to factor in some better ways to have fun than stare at screens.
