You could be a bit more direct in the way you express your feelings, Wolven. It is not sufficient to assume that your loved ones know your innermost thoughts. The planetary influences today are such that even close-mouthed you will feel inspired to speak your heart. It may be that the past months have made you feel a part of history, and you are grateful to have loved ones with whom you can enter this new era. If so, pull them aside and tell them just that.

You could always stand to be blunter with gratitude. You could also stand to show a willingness to burn bridges, circumcise some of the pricks in your life.
