May. 11th, 2008 10:15 pmPerfect note, here. Must be willing to talk to the wait-staff, talk to the bank teller. If nothing else it helps make them like you, a bit more, open up to you, and then, when you've built a rapport, maybe you have acquaintances who can help you out in certain areas.
