Not literally. It's just that all the pipes are backing up into the downstairs toilet, overflowing, and seeping out into both the living room and the garage.

Do you have bulimics living in your building?

Actually, I take that back. If it's just water (or whatever's coming through your pipes), then it's probably just a normal blockage. Which sucks.

If huge amounts of scary waste are coming out, then I would blame bulimics.

It's the fact that A) the county put the main shunt from the house to the county sewer line in, wrong and B) the pipes are so old as to be iron, rather than copper. So they collect deposits more readily, and get blocked faster.
