The anti-element pandemonium can be used to:

Create chaos
Cause disarray
Ensure a rumpus
Annoy auditors and accountants
makes good head-lines
for a free roll in the game of the Gods

You don't get to know the results of the exam; I was just noting that you read An interpretation of the question, and answered accordingly. :)

but aren't all answers based on an interpretation of the question? (though I Believe you were telling me that you were telling me that it was your paraphrase of the question and therefor might have been misleading)

That paragraph is taken whole, from the book, and yes, all answers are based on how you interpret the question, but sometimes people think there are more "right" answers. In these tests, the answers are the answers, and what you learn about things determines how you apply the knowledge, and vice versa.
