It's come up in a number of situations, recently (because I've brought it up), but, just in case you ever needed to know, my Bacon Number is 3.

How am I so close to Kevin Bacon, you ask? I was in a commercial for the Smithsonian Institution (1988) with Pat Morita. Pat Morita was in Spy Hard (1996) with Marcia Gay Harden, and Marcia Gay Harden was in Mystic River (2003) with Kevin Bacon.

I actually suspect closer, because I have a bad memory for which famous people I know; rather, in what way they're famous.

Also, Christina Ricci cheats. She has a Bacon number of 2 using a production that never happened (The White Rose) to connect her to Tim Robbins.
