Vortex Birthday Dinner:

Dinner at Lé Vortéx, tonight. Had a little bit of issue getting a table, because the hostess has never met us before, but that worked out and we got a table on the patio. wacko1138 joined us, and we talked and shot the shit, and so on. Had an ostrich burger, as it was my birthday, and I figured i should get something even more awesome, especially with it being free.

Angel bought me a shot of Jäger, which was awesome.

Ah, so it's actual ostrichfleisch. I considered it likely, but wasn't positive. People name burgers all kinds of things for all kinds of reasons.

Fair enough, and yeah, it was dead ostrich onna bun, rather than a named burger. Costs four dollars more than normal, but, when everything is free? totally worth it.
