Two layers of frustration

Day before yesterday, I had a song stuck in my head, but I couldn't remember the name of it, and I forgot to look up the lyrics.

As of last night, I have the fact that I had a song stuck in my head, stuck in my head, but I can't even remember lyrics or tune. Only that it was from the 80's with a female vocalist, and repeated lyrics, in a single line. I know. Big help.

Can you guess which of these is the more maddening?

Also? I can't fall back to sleep.

Last night, trying to find music for sleep, Winamp shuffles the following three:

Hellsing - [Divine Act of Satan]

Tori Amos - [God]

Regina Spektor - [Fidelity]

For that song stuck in your head, the first thing that came to mind was Cranberries "Zombie"

With their tanks and their bombs, and their bombs and their guns.

Which, in my mind, always ends up, "with their bombs and their bombs and their bombs."

But I think that songs was from the 90s and you'd probably remember Cranberries, because, after all, who can forget them? :)

Somehow, I missed the "-n't" in his statement. Never mind.

Maybe it was "Our lips are sealed", or "I think we're alone now", or "True Colors"?

Hee hee, I thought as much had happened. At first I was confused and thought I was getting points just for referencing The Cranberries (who are awesome in their own right -- I mean, have you heard "How"?). But then I figured that it was probably more likely to have been misread.
