The Lounge Lizards - [Do the Wrong Thing]--- There are certain places that are bad to build webs. Places that regularly gt passed through by things that tend to break your webs. Things moving contrary to your aims. If you build in a place, three times, and three times it is severed, then you should not try to build there, again. Find a more suitable angle, one which affords the benefits of the first, without the risks.

Crüxshadows - [After All]--- If you stand in the centre of what you have built, if you have built it well, then you should be able to feel the information that bounces and vibrates along your construction, to you. This is not different, no matter where you stand. If you have your foot on the web, then you will know when something impacts it, and you will know what that thing is.

Not everything is food. Not always.

Constantly repair the strands of your web. If they become frayed or weak, or broken, then the information that you receive from them will be lossy, and less useful than it would be, otherwise.

Gogol Bordello - [Start Wearing Purple]--- That's all, for now.

Take advantage of weakness and placement. Like the ones that build across our windows.

Precisely. Or near, but not too near, a light source.

I'm not sure if I like that Weaver image. Too biologically spidery, not strange and cosmic enough.

Yeah, but I think that part of the weaver only comes through, in the transitions, when it's Doing Stuff. Otherwise, he hints at them being spiders, mutated by the Torque Event, given access to the WorldWeave. Or evolving into a predetermined niche, on another view...
