This is why you need to do something more than sit there and go, "Tsk," , when a system of governance fails. You need to demand that these people be taken to task, by whatever means are available to you, under the constitution.

If someone tries to limit the ways that they can be taken to task, by you, They Are Not Your Friend.

If someone tries to tell you that it's really for your own good that you can't look at certain things, and read certain books, without them knowing about it, they are not your friend.

If someone tries to tell you that, in the end, we must be safe, and alive, and that this will make us free, and they hate us for our freedom, so we'll never be safe, as long as they're out there, so we have to keep fighting, we have to win this war, which we can never stop, because if we ever stop fighting, then they will come over here and kill us in our beds, so we have to fight them over there, for as long as it takes, then (all together now)

THEY ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS.

Shame doesn't work on people like me. Unfortunately, many people in Washington, DC offices are people like me.

You have to impose some kind of actual penalty. You have to stop them. You have to be a part this system of governance.

It is your duty as a citizen of this country, to do what you can, to become aware of this reality. If you don't, then I can promise you that I won't listen to you, when you speak, because you aren't informed enough to have anything usueful to say.
