[Addendum: 12.09pm: Please explain something to anyone you know who happens to mention the recent "foiled terror plot," over in jolly ol' England: They Don't Care. The English have been dealing with roadside explosions for so many damned years, that they know how to continnue on their damned way.
People didn't freak out and avoid cafes and they didn't go "oh my god, we have to outlaw SUV's, because they might all have BOMBS in them!" And do you know why? Because most sensible people recognise that those kinds of behaviours are symptoms of what state? Anyone? Anyone?
BEING TERRIFIED. Which means that the terrorists have....? Anyone? Anyone?
