mech_angel, lord_of_smoking, raoin, and mr_hinzelmann took second place, at trivia, and got the "mad phat loots," as the children doth announce. Had Patrick been with us, we'd probably have taken first, but he was otherwise engaged, this evening, what with the delightful improvisations.

Also, saw Brandy's boyfriend Doug, whom I'd not seen for two years, or so, previous. He seems to be doing really well, and was well-received by the bar and staff.

We are much beloved, at Le Vortéx. Which is as it should be.

I have an ass-ton of reading to do, over the next few days.
