Dreams, thus far: Temptation.
Jun. 13th, 2007 09:02 amWorking on a mythbusters build, in the middle of the desert, at a bombshelter, with Kari getting drunk, and saying that, if she was any more drunk, she'd fuck me, right there. I laugh, and help her lay down, out of the sun. Continuing the build
Wandering through cities, DC, St. Louis, Atlanta, at cooler summer dusk under certain suveilance, trying to eavde being overly noticed. Knowing that the surveilance teams are only expecting one person, and so taking two of us and splitting up goals confounds them. We split aroudnd the sides of a car repair place, and head in opposite directions.
Something about a giant restaurant that takes up the entire first three floors of a large, internally hollow hotel. Think the standard structure of a Hyatt Regency, only wider. The Restaurant takes up half of the lobby and the first two floors, giving everyone stadium-style seating and long curved tables, like a Medieval Times restaurant. I'm trying to get certain people into an elevator, to get them up to the penthouse so that we can have this party/meeting. (Tom Waits - [Temptation]). Tehre's a giant dinner party happening in the resaturant, though, and many people don't want to leave. They think that the dinner party is why we're here. I try to convince them, but, eventually, I have to give it up, and get to the elevator to move upstairs.
The upper floors are much smaller than they appear, and are in fact, longish hallways, rather than rooms. Angel is in one of the hallway/rooms and I make it in, after him, knowing that the elevators and doors are going to lock, behind me. It's a Wolfram& Hart trap. (Screamin' Jay Hawkins - [Temptation]). He walks into the room, and there's sunlight, somehow, and it doesn't burn him. It's his first encounter with the magically UV tempered glass, and the experiencing sunlight through them. He turns intoa humming bird, flies around, and has to turn back, in order to kill one of the bosses.
Dreans, yesterday, includded driving an SUV around in the DC area, waiting for something, specifically on the Georgetown Waterfront, and the bridges, there, but also the underpasses, bridges, and cloistered hilly sections of evey other part of the city. Just driving around, looking for a place to park, so that I could wander around, while I waited. No real aim or goal, but to be whereever I was, taking in hidden museum floors of office buildigs, art gallery rooms or apartments. People kept wanting to tell me that I couldn't be places, with these extremely worried, nervous looks on their faces, but they couldn't; i could be anywhere I chose. I disliked geting stuck on the various versions of the Key Bridge, across to Alexandria. Made me uncomfortable.
I hope to make it back to sleep, and maybe have more dreams, because I'm tired as hell, right now. I just needed to get down those chunks, so I didn't forget.
[Edit:9.33am: From
jaerven: The Panoptiocon, Realised. It's in German, but you can get the basic gist, believe me.
{Edit-Edit:9.45am:
jaerven found that it was a student's master's Thesis. That inspires hope.
Also, here's another project of patterns from the FAA flight-plans, via

Good links, today.}]
