I give you the second greatest verbal compliment that I can give to another human being, and you what? Ignore it.

Whore.

In other news, we were watching the History Chanel's "Vampire Secrets," yesterday, in an effort to not be bored out of our damned minds, watching television, and who should we see, in the first three seconds of watching, other than Ms. Michelle Bellanger? Look her up. She's pretty awesome, and she gave me a lot of good literature and resources, for MA stuff. Met her at Dragon*Con, last year, while wandering around, trying not to be bored.

Learned some interesting things about Ben Franklin, and General George S. Patton, that day. Good times.

Anyway.

Whore.

I think I've actually seen that documentary on the History Channel! Right before The History of Sex (which made me want to have a band with an album called "Love on the Woodpile" with title track "Throbbing Organ" - an organ piece with a heavy bass line badum-tsh). XD

But yeah, Patton was a crazy man. I figure you liked that whole, "Here. I died right here" story that was told? :P

Yep. That's my favourite Patton story. No one ever talks about the fact that, Had Patton Not [Believed Himself to have] been the physical incarnation of the Jungian Archetypal Warrior, we would probably have lost WWII.

And I love that: "Love on the Woodpile." That's awesome.

The way I remember the story being told in the documentary makes me think of the way you would tell a story. But I might just be remembering it as if you told it, because it's your kind of story. Haha... Wooo~

And yes, "Love on the Woodpile" is such a great phrase. XD

That's her talking about it, a few days prior to her D*Con panel.

sometimes silence is just... silence.

It doesn't have to mean "ignoring"

I saw it while I was in Tampa and multiple parts BEGGED to be MST3Ked. I just can't take that channel seriously anymore.

But her whole interview and everything and talking about ethics and such... pretty cool.

Yeah, she's pretty awesome, and yes, the rest is almost unequivocally terrible.
