The Late Tower Records just sent me notification that it's principles and mission statement will continue to live on through Tower.com.

This is wonderful news, and I am glad to know that I will be able to continue to find obscure and wonderful music, at fairly reasonable prices, even though I will no longer receive the employee discount.

Just one question, though: Seeing as I have not ever, in any form, give Tower Inc. my personal information-- Never-- How the fuck did they get my e-mail address?

In other news, we finally placed, at trivia, again, after a long dry spell. Our team name was "Yog-Sothoth Saved Hillary Clinton's Marriage." We took third, because I, much to my shame and chagrin, could not remember the names of Holden Caufield's younger brother and sister. Allie and Phoebe. Damn.

But hey: we placed. :)
