Considerations:
May. 19th, 2007 03:18 pmI came here (LiveJournal), under duress, you know? My website was suffering, because my computer had just died, and I needed a means to keep things going.
bakeneko convinced me that this was a pretty good way to keep in touch with people, and network.
I started collecting people, playing out threads, reinforcing friendships, finding people whose work I enjoyed, and so on, and so forth. I've found all of you, and you've found me. Aren't we so happy?
Aren't we just.
I'm having a bit of a problem of... Hm. Personal interaction, I guess you might call it. This next part is going to sound creepy; fair warning.
I need to feel you live, hear you breathe and talk, smell you, taste the particulate residue you leave through the air and ether.
I need to be able to grab the energy from your chest and head, and strum it, play it out, and I need you to be there to be able to do that to me.
You. Me. Personal interaction. The internet has ceased to be a supplimental throughput, and has become all, in its own right. I hope to... modify this in a way that allows for the benefits of both.
Your help would be appreciated.

Date: 2007-05-19 08:48 pm (UTC)That being said, I don't really have that much time for interaction, overall.

Date: 2007-05-19 10:02 pm (UTC)First, I have no idea how to balance my time. My calendar idea, while good in concept, fails to take certain ideas into account. I'm either planned through the 28th or free tonight, depending on how I look at it.
Second, I'm a bit tetchy about money at the moment, and moreso with the concept that money is necessarily involved in having a good time. Then again, there was the Waffle House waitress several years ago who brought me water and treated me the same as everyone else at the table even though that's all I ordered; I ended up leaving a dollar tip.
Third, time without direction gets... weird.
Cheers,

Date: 2007-05-20 03:26 am (UTC)and I spent years in a Waho. then realized I don't really like the food the coffee bites and they have shit desserts. I FAR more enjoy the likes of a huddle house or an IHoP. And for crying out loud not like you can smoke in them anymore either. Though we all know that doesn't matter to the courageous Damien with his stopping of the smoking.
Also note Fuck Capital Letters @ the beginning of sentences
