The spell about which I talked, yesterday, works precisely the same as The Other Spell, only you take two fragments of gifts from someone who hurt you, combined with a piece of something you Wish you could lose. (Queens of the Stone Age - [No One Knows]). Destroy/Combine together, in the same manner, while saying the words "I lay open my self, to myself," and focusing on the nature of the pain that was caused to you, or that you caused to yourself.
This is a spell to re-instate your vulnerability, and to know the places where you can be touched.
With a few modifications, you can do this for someone else, if they feel the need to become more vulnerable, but the trust issue is astronomical. "I lay open __________, in their name, for his/herself to see." (Yellow Machinegun - [Hole]). But the magician, in question, could probably see it, too.
I recommend will work as something to be primarily done for yourself, or on behalf of someone you trust, implicitly. Anything less leads to... complications. (MDFMK - [Missing Time]). Manipulations, and the like.
Though I could easily adapt this to be a simple spell for being more emotionally observant, which, really, would have the same effects. Hm.

Dreams were of searching for something, with my Dad, in a governmental agent-type capacity. I don't really remember them, as I went to bed at 3.30 and woke up at 8.30, for no damned reason. Was awake until 9-something. Second half of the dreams were concerning something about Nicole Kidmann, some construction, and Kari, from MythBusters.
Woke up with "Great Destroyer" stuck in my head.
