So, rule of three in effect - after years of you and my friend Eric singing the praises of Warren Ellis, I finally get another friend waving his stuff in my direction and I decided I should give him a more thorough try that the previous two times. It helps I've found out first hand what good it does me to lurk around other writers - lots.

I'm still here because you rattle on interesting things about magic and consciousness and the nature of reality, and it starts gears turning in my head. You're at least part of the reason/blame why I'm thinking in multi-layered ways about my current novel (and doubtlessly everything I write from now until I die). Thanks - you bastard. :D

On that note, how do you feel about comments on oldish posts?
