That's my dream wedding. They even set off fireworks behind the castle as you exchange vows. How cute is that???

...Now to find a willing victim...

That's pretty awesome, actually.

I know! Unfortunately most men I've ever met seem to think it's really gay, and Joe is of the mind that he would burst into flames if he were to walk into Disney World.

...I'm gonna make him do it anyway. >.>

Being as they're doing it for gay couples, it may in fact be really gay.
But really, Disney does a fine job of playing things up, and when in your life do you need more up-playing than a wedding? In a perfect world, every couple could have fireworks set off behind a castle to mark their vows.

Wasn't there a flap a few years back when Disney insured its gay employees' domestic partners, and a bunch of religious right folk tried to start a boycott against them? Given that, it's not quite as surprising.

Also the Gay Pride Days they have. I'm glad to see that they are committed to being the Happiest Place on Earth™ for everyone.

U meen the G4Y357 place 0n earth... tcha, whatever...

... end transmission. That's rather a frightening voice, I hope it doesn't come back.

I have a hard time imagining the reverend mothers enjoying such, although I'm sure they'd be willing to officiate. One of the fun things Mum did was house blessings, bless this, fill it with happy family, bless that, God grant lots of good meals in the kitchen, bless the other, oh look here are rings let's bless those too/two... and the diocese didn't really have much to say about it, since house blessings are pretty well sanctified and approved of.

Theirs was a small and lovely service at the Salt Ash Inn in Vermont. Only four guests, but too sweet for words. Really not the Disney sort, especially considering the price tag.

Well, yeah, it's expensive as hell, but it's Disney. This is the park where you pay 17 dollars for a roast chicken breast, but pay a very reasonable 3.75 for a milkshake. O.o
