Life is shit. Enjoy.

A list of magically-oriented doctoral dissertations.

I'm trying to figure out where to go, because I need money, right now, and I'm tired of doing things that I hate. I'm too used to teaching, so I want to write or teach, now, not work a desk, or a table, or a whatever isn't writing or teaching.

Thesis Desperation

Your language is too risque for your conservative profs.

Your thesis would fall under the category of "metaphysics," an academically accepted, and even popular, section of philosophy...

Try throwing around catch-phrases such as metaphysics and the "philosophy of science." Perhaps even "philosophy of magick," "esoteric philosophy," "philosophy of metaphysical change," "philosophy of magickal reality," "philosophy of magickal perception," "modern metaphysical philosophy and thought," "modern esotericism," "metaphysics of consciousness," "quantum interconnectedness," and "principle of interconnectedness."

Also, look up "quantum mysticism" - that would give you a lot of fuel for thought and topic.

Emphasize that you're trying to hone in on a particular focus in the context and topic of metaphysics. Maybe even in relation and/or contrast to modern "philosophy of science."

Try it. Good luck.

Thank you, mystery person, for the sound advice. That's not sarcasm, by the way; seriously: thanks.

Generally does.
