Added humglum for essentially No Reason. Just this feeling. It may pass, and then I'll probably remove. But, to quote William Shatner, it hasn't happened yet. I should probably be going out of my way to work, write, find other people, etc. But. You know.

Anyway, does anyone else ever get that feeling like , when you throw away something with your fingerprints or saliva on it, someone's going to come along, a respectable interval after you've gone and collect it to have your DNA and prints in their seecret massive file, if they haven't already? No? Just me?

Never that particular feeling, but I always rip up my ATM receipt very, very, very thoroughly before putting it in the trash because you never know if someone's gonna apply some sort of Identity Theft Magic to use it to get mysterious and evil access to my checking account - and that if I don't, they'll do it to me and the meager $170 I have sitting in my checking account, rather than the person with the several-digit balance who just kind of folded their reciept over halfheartedly.

Also because it kind of lets me pretend I have enough money to be worth the identity theft. Then I'd have nice things.
