The Darkest of the Hillside Thickets - [Please God No]--- Fuck You.. *Teeth Smile*

Dreamed of a came on the DX, where you had to connect all of these weird little pipes and electrical junctions, in order to make devices, and you had a time limit, kind of like Wario Ware. (Gary Numan - [I Die, You Die]). At the same time, I was in a soccer game between Serbia and Croatia, who were also Israel on some "Oppressor." The only thing that had to happen was that they not lose, and they were about to win, but I missed a shot, and the other team's Star snagged the ball and ran, and he shot, with three seconds left on the clock, from half field.. And his twin brother, who was on our team, blocked the shot. (VNV Nation - [Cold]).It was tied at 0-0, and they tried to put five more seconds on the clock, but no one was having it.

Also? 'The common view that nerves transmit impulses through electricity is wrong and they really transmit sound, according to a team of Danish scientists.' This investigation was based on a lack of perceived heat from signal transmission. Which is weird, becuase it would seem to take a LOT longer for sound to transmit the signal than for an electrical impulse.

Personally, I think they're all wrong, but we know what I think. What? We don't? Oh.

Well, if you don't know, ask, I'll tell you what I think. The rest of you should know.

LUXT - [Infinite]--- Anyway. Food now.

On the downside...

... your work here is not done. Or maybe that's an upside?

On the other hand, you have different fingers. There's at least a .2 second delay between stimulus and cognizant response (read one of karishi's recent responses about playing minesweeper in my posts), so the delay you're listing due to sound isn't too impossible.

Problem) Sound would agitate the intervening matter, which would still cause heat.

Impossible solution) Superimposed "matching" particles between nerve cells (extend to other areas for spooky psychic powers) and brain. This is a fantastic idea for a thinking machine for which the solution and problem are perceived simultaneously. This works well with Newton, and my tendency with philosophy to try to break questions down to elementary definitions before stating an answer. It doesn't work in our heads, however, because there is a delay (however fractional) between "hot plate" and "drop that shit".

Threadjump from spooky psychic powers) I think it's Van der Graff process photography, in which you can 'see auras'? And people who have lost limbs have 'phantom limbs' of sorts? If it's possible, I would first like to develop Van der Graff videography, and second, see whether the people in question can manipulate the phantom limbs. If I were doing a rigorous study I'd also investigate people with artificial limbs, but I'm just poking at curiosity at this point.

I also have an idea for sincerely attempting to win an igNobel prize, but that's later.
