wolven7Dreams of a house and yard that were a combination of this one and the one on Braiarlake. Crazy winding driveway. I had a kind of lunch party, and I made peanut butter and jelly sandwiches out of Letraset paint markers, which weren't toxic. mr_hinzelmann had shaved his head, lost some weirght, and grown a foot, all for law school, and he was quiet and reserved. Something about giant beehives in the yard, as people were leaving. Al decided to take the trash down, all by himself. Everyone was or tried to be at the party, though some of you stayed in the background, or couldn't find the place.
Every dog in my neghbourhood seems to want to bark at something, right the hell now...

Date: 2007-03-08 03:29 pm (UTC)2. What would you do if you were stuck in an elevator? STUCK? Probably hit the emergency call button, wonder if I could climb out the top, and sing my fool head off, especially if I were alone. Panic wouldn't set in until I had to use the bathroom.
3. What talent do you wish you had? I wish were more artistic. Actually able to draw, paint, or play an instrument.
4. Favorite place? Gramma Maxine's backyard, with the willow trees, circa 1990.
5. Favorite vegetable? Sweet potatoes or winter squash.
6. What was the last book you read? Eldest, the sequel to Eragon. Not finished with it.

Lacking that, 911. Without reception, try knocking loudly and hope I'm near a floor. Barring that, find emergency hatch, poke out, see if there's an access ladder of some sort for the elevator shaft. Finally, sit and wait. Engage with other passengers if they exist, depending on their predelictions; sort life or meditate if not (or they want to be left alone). Claw way out of elevator if lacking emergency hatch and stuck for longer than 24 hours.
3. What talent do you wish you had? Definitive discernment. Just like grandpappy.
4. Favorite place? Bed.
5. Favorite vegetable? Does cacao bean count? If not, then... does garlic count? If not, then eggplant. I've been craving iodine.
6. What was the last book you read? The Crystal Cave, by Mary Stewart.

1. How did we meet? I don't rightly remember. I think it was at Sharon's New Year's Day party, but I'm not sure of that.
2. What's your philosophy on life? Fun is doubleplus good. The presence or absence of an objective reality can't inform our decisions unless we can perceive it.
3. Negative or Optimistic? Bad question for the valenced language. Optimistic is more likely to get results.
4. What was your dream growing up? Mad Scientist, methinks. There were lots of them.
5. Worst thing to ever happen to you? ... I can't really say here.
6. What was your first impression of me? Something Poe-ish. Not that different than the current exuberant affirmation of ideas that would seem otherwise trivial or contrary, like the awesomeness of "Be a Clown".

19. If you had one day to live, what would you do? Two women at the same time? Damn, damn, damn; I'd want to see the California family. Put various affairs in order (no more than an hour or two), arrange for a party in somewhere close & nice... one of Piedmont's pavilions would probably fit the bill, or maybe the Emory Inn/Conference Center... pay for tickets for mothers to fly here. Invite everyone I know to said party.
