Tom Waits - [2:19]--- 'Lack of sleep can affect people’s moral judgement, a new study shows. The findings could have implications for people in positions of responsibility, whose decisions often have life or death consequences, such as overworked medical professionals and sleep-deprived soldiers.'

I could have told you that back in high school.

Dreams, incidentally, of grey areas of morality and a party thrown by ladies of negotiable affection, amongst themselvs, with a few of their outsider friends invited. It took place at a cemetary, where wone of the graves was a pocket dimensional portal. Something about old feelings, and what kisses could and didn't mean. Strange.

This is what I get for reading Pratchett's Night Watch, while watching the new "Hitchhiker's Guide," right before bed.

Tom Waits - [Fish in the Jailhouse]--- I slept way too long, and I'm still iffy on my tiredness. I blame the damned rain.

I need a damned shower.

{11.30am: From[livejournal.com profile] wacko1138: Atlantic Mysteries:

'Scientists have discovered a large area thousands of square kilometres in extent in the middle of the Atlantic where the Earth's crust appears to be missing. Instead, the mantle - the deep interior of the Earth, normally covered by crust many kilometres thick - is exposed on the seafloor, 3000m below the surface. '

Emphasis mine... Bwuh....}
