Man, it's been a while since I last played Go... I'm super-rusty. That's how I met one of my best friends up here, though - he invited me to join the Go Club.
Just make sure you're playing with people, for the most part. We can teach a computer to beat the tar out of a human at chess, but for some reason as far as I know there's never been an artificial intelligence that plays Go remotely like a good human opponent.
Granted, at my level, it doesn't really make as much of a difference yet...
