Wanting to talk, without knowing what to say. It's a scary feeling. Standard loss, i think.

Even on this thing, someone you enjoy reading and by whom you enjoy being read simply... cleaning house, can create a dig at the emotions. It's weird.

Anyway. How are you, today?

I'm a lot better than you by the sounds of it :(

sorry to hear things are bringing you down.

Nah, just a brief bit of "What the hell?" It's a little inexplicable, is all.

It's more likely a combination of things, including thesis work, and worries about one of my professors, who's in the hospital.

All a bit of weirdness.

Hope your move prep is going well :)

Ah weirdness, never a fun state to be around.

I hope your professor gets better soon.

My move prep is pretty slow with all my partying, so I have to settle down and start working hard!

Well, if it's theright Kind of weirdness, it can be okay, but this is... disconcerting weirdness...

Get back to work, young lady! Those boxes won't pack themselves, :)

garrulous response, as always

Wanting to talk, without knowing what to say.

I had a similar problem to this last night/this morning. At around 3am-ish I had the overwhelming urge to write. I write regularly, with a slew of characters invented by a couple friends and myself. Other times I just write various things. But last night I just knew that I wanted to write very badly and had no idea what to write. On top of which, I really wanted to write in a new spiral bound single-subject notebook... Only I couldn't find out. It was very disconcerting and was only alleviated when I found an old notebook that I did a lot of random writing in. I ended up reading through it and just wrote a little bit when I hit blank pages.

Anyway. How are you, today?

I'm doing pretty well. My friend Caitlin and I had an exciting weekend when we had an extremely successful launch of our new lj community, Qi - The Game. It's a cool game, because you can learn fun facts and get points for being interesting. And comically lose points for being obvious. But I've already leaned a lot of fun stuff, like how completely AMAZING the mockingbird is. Anyone who likes interesting facts should play. ^__^ Shameless advertisement.

I'm glad you found a notebook. I know that feeling pretty well, and eventually something comes out.

I'm glad your community is going well. I'll check it out.

I still have that feeling, unfortunately. I have the urge to write again and I still don't know what to write. :/

Just put some words down, see what comes of it.

I've got the song "lovin' is what i got" stuck in my head

and i spent all my dreams last night writing my living will.

i could use another night's worth of sleep to not do that.

That'd be nice, wouldn't it?
