Conversations on Magic[k]

Been having some really good conversations with greygirlbeast, over in her journal, about the nature of magic. It's really quite awesome to be able to discuss, actually discuss with someone who believes completely differently than I, and not have it be some jargon-laced discussion, with barely concealed scorn, on the part of the other people involved, or awed/amused "That Wacky Damien," comments. Real conversation, from differing points of view, not trying to convince the other of anything, but simply trying to understand, and be understood.

Happens with the people I know, well (mech_angel, mendori, Patrick, etc.), all the time (sometimes not so much, but you know what I mean), but it's nice to have it happen with people with whom I'm only loosely acquainted.

Anyway, I was almost in a head-on collision, on the way home, today. That was fun. Oh wait... No. No it wasn't. It induced in me a panicked nature, and a nearly unfathomable rage. That's right... Hmm.

I need to get my horn fixed. Cut back on the number of these situations.

Making sure you got the message, this is Crystal, my jessicarabbitt journal has been slowly turning communist or something, it's deciding what friends I'm allowed to see posts from, so I made a journal that's already communist to fight back.

don't friend that one, I'm gonna do the rename token thing instead. much easier. Hmm or do you think making a new one would be better? It's irritating me that I only see about half all my friends entries. And yeah, this weekend sucks but next weekend we should all get a big group to go see pan's labrinth.

Well... I don't know how the remake token works, aside from changing the name, so I don't know that it'll solve your problem. Plus, doesn't the remake token cost $15?

If it was just needing a name change, I'd say use the token, but since there seems to be some Actual Coding Problem, with your JR name, I don't know that they token'll fix it.
