A weekend plan

wolven7I shall now quote myself: 'I'm thinking about having a get-together. A "Meet and Greet" as it were, this weekend, of the people whom the universe has seen fit to throw in my general direction, lately. I get the feeling like i'm supposed to do something more with these interactions than simply soak in the weirdness, so I'm going to attempt to get people together all in one place, and see what happens.'
The plan is as follows: If, on Saturday, you would like to come see "Children of Men," at the Purple Whorehouse of Death (Regal Cinemas Ho-Wood 24, off 85) at 9.55pm, then. Well. Do so. I would be glad to see you.
If you would like to come back to my house, afterward, for drinks, mingling, and whatever, then you are more than welcome to do so, as well. Just comment, here, to state your intentions.
If I call you, tomorrow, and invite you, I damn well expect to see you, tomorrow. If I don't call you? Don't feel bad. I still love you. You know I love you, baby, don't cry. I said don't Cry! Wait... What? Oh right. If I don't call you, you can feel free to show up, anyway. Call me.
Again, that's 9.55pm, Saturday, January the 13, at the Regal Ho[lly]Wood 24 off the 85 Northboud Access Road. Then, you can just come back this way, if you want.

then again, i am still slightly sick and i've given whatever i have (i suspect it's just the good ole' flu) to everyone i've come in contact with for the past week and a half so i SHOULD be in doing nothing, bored out of my brain. i'd love to come hang out, but i fear the flu would as well and i really don't want to get any more people sick. plague just isn't my style.
so here's to ricola echinacea drops and nyquil. cheers.
