Strage experience, last night. Breathing Meditation.

Mirrormask - [Sock Puppets/Flyover]--- Breathing out, while visualising contraction, breathing in, and visualising expansion. It gets very disorienting, in a really interesting way.

Dreams of metal and glass pipes; dangerous structures and instruments, which cut deep, if you held them wrong. (The Cure - [The Love Cats]). but that's all I remember, and I did finish Soul Music, again, last night, so it makes sense that I'd dream something like that.

Teaching classes, today.
