Dreams and... Stuff.

I'm in the house that my father used to own, on 13th and F, and it's combined with my grandmother's house, and some other places. mech_angel and I live there, or are visiting, for a very long time. I'm checking the computer and my mother sis showing me that I have 85 comments on a post saying something trivial about my going to DC, but very few on anything I think to be meaningful. We start talking about other things, and the weather, and I'trying to find a piece of mail, with the zip goed on it, so I can go to the weather website. We start talking about the strange relationship of my father and step-mother.

I'm driving onto and on-ramp, like the one i used to start the drive to Clayton, for Julie's wedding, but there's construction, and the woman in front of me is stopped on the ramp, staring at the sky, and I roll foward, and tapc her bumper. She stops, and I get out of the car, and I say "Sorry: I thought you were moving faster than that." She just stared at me, saying nothing, and drove off. I got into my car, and did the same. People drove around me, acting insane, in their cars.

Something about being in Tower, with mech_angel and her friend Anna showing up, looking for her, and me and Anna-Louise, the supervisor, were waving to get mech_angel's attention. I had this long quarterstaff which I was using to go through CDs and I used it to lean upon, and gesture, now. It was Moses' staff, from Exodus.

Whales found to have Dialects. Idiot Humans Surprised. Look, dialects don't arise due to "artificial borders." (Tom Waits - [Goodnight Irene]). Dialects come about due to geographical separation, and teh variegation of the human glottal structure. WE speak differently, we have different voices, and though we may have, in fact, had one "proto-language," it changed, and grew, and expressed itself in different ways as the different people in charge got a hold of it. Just look at Castilliano Spanish.

"La Très Sainte Trinosophie". Good morning. Here's some Alchemy. Some of the words are cuneiform cuts, and others are Latin. Some are French, and others.... Well. Others.

Mmm. Alchemical diagrams.

Phaidon, or Taschen, has a book of nothing but alchemical artwork and diagrams. I need to find it again...Didn't have the money last time I saw it.
