Something I forgot to tell you.

On Wednesday, I received a call from a Colorado area code, but I didn't get to the phone in time. When I got to it, They had hung up, and I had a missed call. So I immediately called it back, by hitting the call button; didn't have to re-dial or anything.

"We're sorry, but we cannot complete your call as the numbeer you've dialed has been disconnected. If you feel you've reached this message in error, please recheck the number, and try again."

Yeah.

{Test. Test. One, two. One-two.

Yeah. It's open.}

It was a squardon from the real world trying to make emergency contact to anyone they could, as they were being swarmed upon by thousands of squidy machine drones. When they were overcome, the phone simply stopped ringing.

That or perhaps it was a secret government agency, and this was their way of saying "We know that you know," by calling and hanging up, like some kind of horrible stalker.

Yeah, but I would like to think that anyone who felt the need to do so wouldn't be calling me, in the first place. So, either wrong number, or my other assumptions still stand.
