Gorillaz - [Clint Eastwood]--- Two people who's thoughts and judgements tend to match mine have pointed me Here, today ([livejournal.com profile] ego_likeness and [livejournal.com profile] warren_ellis), and it's got me thinking some odd thoughts (also the 666 Cold Preparation, and food).

Blondie - [Heart of Glass]--- Say you're an agnostic. SAY IT. Good. Now, if you're an agnostic, you don't know if god/dess(e/s) actually exist(s), right? Good. Now, if you don't know that, but you Do know, from observation, and experience, that people in this world have a wide range of thoughts, opinions, and preferences. This being the case, it should strike you as odd that people think that, if god/dess(e/s) exist(s), s/he/it/they would not be as multi-form and multi-faceted as the people it chose to create. Why would something with only one opinion and understanding of the way the world was supposed to work, create something with many and various?

Moxy Früvous - [Guinea Pig]--- It makes no sense to me to think that "testing" is a valid idea, there. Testing what? If testing, shouldn't there be less of a bias, toward certain behaviours? Maybe we're just roundly failing, and fucking up the whole experiment. I don't know, anymore. (The Clash - [Revolution Rock]). It just seems dumb, to me, to continue testing things that, for the most part, aren't using the faculties they were given. That bothers me, just a bit.

I looked in the mirror, a few minutes ago, and was honestly surprised at the way I saw my face. This 666 Cold Prep. is some weird shit, i can tell you that, for free.

Think, damn it. Think.

I'm out.
