OhGr - [DoG]--- Today was a shit day. It started with me waking up, feeling like shit, as i'm sure you read, and only got... even, from there. Balanced out, all over, back to a level of shit. My philosphical thinking class, though over, now, has me seriously questioning my decision to be a philosophy teacher.

To be a philosophy teacher, one has to do a lot of philosopholigising. That is, one has to do a lot of the Study of the Love of Knowledge, rather than simply philosophising, or loving knowledge. You have to take the positions of those who've gone before you, and build from there. Which, in my esteemed opinion, is backwards. Before i did most of my readings, and studyings in philosophy, i sat and thought about my own opinions on the things, in the world, that came as close to a priori knowledge as you can get. (Cole Porter& Fred Astaire - [Night and Day]). Information that is what it is, and not much more. I thought about the bible, and dissected it, on my own, before i read Aquinas, or Gnostics. I picked apart mathematical functions,a dn the accepted nature of physical reality and science, for myself, when i was in the 4th grade. I've always tried to start from me, and move out into the world, comparing the information already there, with what i have. That way i act, more often than i react, and integrate what i can, and find out why i reject what i do, rather than "Because Esteemed Thinker X Said So." I think it the better way.

I dislike philosophology, as an end, in itself (because i am incarnate, and do have preferences).

I came to a way of putting words around something, earlier, today. (Tindersticks - [Waiting 'Round You]). Until we can understand how the brain interprets neurophysical input, on its terms, we will never have a full understanding of the body. The same can be said for all sciences. I'm not talking about mathematical /chemical interpretations, but the intrinsic neurophysical input language. In much the same way, Mathematics is a Round-About Conception of the workings of the universe. A language in which to express its approximations-- like English, or German-- rather than It, of Itself. (Nellie McKay - [john-john]). If we cannot understand it, of itself, any nderstanding we do gain is only Almost.

We have the ways in which we describe things, in the universe, but we don't know how the universe describes itself. We can't know the face it had, before it was born, to Zen it up, a notch.

OhGr - [ShiTe]--- Finally, i bought Global Frequency: Detonation Radio, today. It's fucking amazing. Really really good.

The Takashi and Aleph stories are my favourite... "Because that's what the Global Frequency is For." - Aleph.

OhGr - [ChemTale]--- Good Shit. I'm out.

So you're looking for the programming language of neurons? Of quanta?...

And if you find it, what then?
