I don't know if this does what i want it to, but i had to try.

Future/Past.

'There are things happening, right now.'

'Well of course there are. We're here, talking, for one thing.'

'No. That's your memory of that. All you have of that is your memory, and all you do, in relation to your memories, is plan to act upon them. But there is something happening, right Now. Something not of past or future, not born of either, birthing both. Do you see what I mean by that?'

'Not really. I think you're being a bit of a wanker, honestly.'

'Shut the fuck up, with that, this is serious. I'm talking about the thing that's happening Now. We are not talking, now. I am talking now. Now I'm talking again, about how I'm talking. Do you see what I mean?'

'No. If you're talking now--"'

'You've missed it.'

'Well what the hell is happening "now?" What is the difference between my understanding of Now, and my memory of Then? My idea of Later? They achieve the same goal, they all provide an experiential Point of Reference, for me to act...'

'Now.'

If that was it, then I don't know what it was, but I know, now, what Now Is. Now is the mind. It is the only thing we can experientially know, and the only thing we can't point at, and aprehend. Now is everything, every when, and everywhere, and from it we access and de/code the information of supposed "thens" and "laters." It is the place where the conversion happens. Where we plan, and understand. Now is the only thing we have.

I have a lot of time to think about this Now. They put me somewhere dark, and kind of cold. I think that's a breeze. Something covers my eyes, now, in a damp room, with a stone floor, and my arms are behind me, bound and shackled. But I am home, at the end of all things. I'm lost, in the Beginning, wandering with only the Word to guide me. I am free.

I am now.

It's like trying to see your eyebrows. Ok, so that's horrifically simplified...

I'm glad you like. I'm always partially satisfied with my work, recently. Like i'm slightly out of phase with it, and it's doing what i want it to do, but not... somehow...

Ok, that's cool

But I htink it's funny that you went to the trouble of copyrighting the logical loop that immediately follows DesCarte. Furthermore, the concept you are attempting to illustrate was made into a pseudo-musical work by John Cage called "Lecture on the Weather." But, if you really want to get down to it, once again your personal philosophy is a basic paradoxical exercise that stems from the Kybalion, which I'll get around to bringing you after finals. Not that it isn't cool, just that it isn't new.

I'm a huge ass tonight and I don't know why.

Wasn't copyrighting the train of thought, was copyrighting the framework it's in, ie the vignette, itself.

John Cage is a musical God.

Still haven't read the Kybalion, so it can't well stem from there, can it?

And i never said it was new. Only thing i claim as new is the ways in which i frame it, and what it means to me.

It's ok, i'm a huge ass, all the time, and i know exactly why.

Mrf. I disagree on the John Cage bit. I knda think he's the musical equivalent of those guys who fart on a canvas, or immerse themsleves in Jello or something absurd (and not in a good way), call it deep, and get insane amounts of money for their 'art'. I mean, fuck, you don't sit in traffic for ten minutes and call it a symphony.

Sorry love, still kinda bitchy. ^_^;

I have to rspect any person who sets a piano on fire and plays it, while it's burning. That's just... that's looking for something.

It's ok. I don't really have a response, beyond that.
