wolven7John Coltrane - [I Love You]--- So, instead of complaining, i'll simply state the incitors, and then pose a question. The Department of State's application process. Whoever painted over my wall outlet. Kaiser Perminente. My own sense of helplessness and impotent anger/rage.
David Bowie - [Baby Grace (A Horrid Cassette)]--- My question is this: How are all of your weeks starting out, thus far?
In addition to dealing with all of that, the thing that made me semi-happy was the call i had to make to the director of undergraduate studies, in Philosophy, at GSU. Working on setting up graduate work, and the like...I'm tired. Very tired. And quite hungry.
I have a feeling of not having done much, with my ample break, and i don't like that. (Jack Off Jill - [Don't Wake The Baby]). I have need of Doing something, and yet things seem to be spiraling out of my control. I'll have to fix this, in short order. Oh, and, now it that i do have my new printer hooked up, it appears to lack ink. (Evanescence - [Bring Me to Life]). I find that genuinely amusing. I went through all of that trouble, to hook up the new power strip, finding said power strip, nearly destroying a wall outlet, to get the paint out of it, all of this, and my printer doesn't even have ink. That's fucking Hilarious! ^_^
Thinking about it makes me giggle, immensly, so i'm going to focus on that, for now, and go find some sort of sustenance. I need the Foods.

Date: 2004-01-12 03:41 pm (UTC)Had a horrible family fiasco over the weekend, which I'm not going to talk about, and an interesting day yesterday, which I'm not going to talk about either. I see the family thing as just an ending to how bad last week was, with yesterday an indication of how sureal this semester is going to try to be.
I slept till 3:00. Drove to house, then to campus. Cat was happy to see me. She is always happy to see someone who will feed her. First class was at 5:30. It went well. Second class is at 7:15 - in 30 minutes, there abouts. No idea how it will go. Its finance, yet again. Wooo fucking whooo.
