Oingo Boingo - [Islands]--- No, seriously. I know it's been awhile since i've gone over anything metahysical, here but Damn.. i mean, there's no cause for that kind of laughter....
Anyway, i purchased the "At Death's Door" manga-style book by Jill Thompson, yesterday. It's entirely cute. I also purchased Transmet TPB #8, and the Endless Nights Special, so that's cool. (Aphex Twin - [The Snow Answers Come in Dreams]). Well, as i always do, when thinking and reading of Death, Destruction, and Things Like That, i think about the End of Time. If all Time is Now, or there Is no Time, and it's "simply a construct to help humans cope with change," then what about the End? Is there actually a Final Destructive End? I tend to like to think Yes. So what does that mean? How does the End, where time Stops, weave into the now and ever was, where time Is? Simply, i guess. We go into the End of Time, and to t he shatterburn blackness of something burning the whole thing down, then we don't get to come back, anymore. We don't get to watch, or play in the Reindere Games. We're re-distributed, and, to human perception, we Cease to Exist.
We are, in fact, re-integrated with everything, in that 1-1 Particle Correlation, and the nothingness that is the supposition of Void, is then simply the Space Between each quark, quanta, whatever. That infinitely small gulf of emptiness. (Sigur Rós - [The Nothing Song]). *snicker* Silly Winamp. And we know it all, intimately, but we don't know anything, anymore, because there's no I/Us to Know. We're gone. We're Everywhere. We are the impulses across the neural clusters of the Universe's Brain. We are the external Sac that covers it. We Are the Spaces between the folds and bends that allow it to think, but do we, then, get to know it if is actually aware of itself? It the Universe simply another Point Land? Again, i tend to like to think Yes. Scary, i know, that these things could extend infinitely. in any direction, but shit, it's all Nothing, in the End. In the End, It's a Multiversal death, and then the patrons watching the show get up and go home. They'll go too. Don't worry. Everything Burns. But about the Brink of No Time.
We hit it, we live it, always, and it's another of the infinite things that hinge on our perception, that require us to be aware. Aiming toward Experience and Aprehension. When we perceive it, we begin to affect it, and when we affect it, it changes to suit the beliefs we have about the world. (LUXT - [Witchhunt (ANiMoo Mix)]). We change to suit it's beliefs about the world. Pre-Emptive Echo reflections, and all that... So we hit the end of time, every smallest incriment, thereof, and again with the Creation/Destruction Brahman ideal, i know, and i know that you get sick of me repeating myself, but you have to option not to read. Anyway, phoenix-like, every moment, smallest-Tick, is a singularity, and our perception of it, our intent to be, again, to flow to the Next Thing is what allows the perception of time, and Change. In my opinion. It occured to me, this, in my History of Film class. Why would the Human Eye have this so-called Fault of seeing fast moving "still" images as continual motion and time? What purpose does it serve? Was this part of The Plan? A fault, imlanted to make the creation of the Cinema? An intriguing thought, but not so much s the alternative. (Collective Soul - [Run]). That being that it's not a fault, at all. That it's the way things Are. That we see fast-moving still images as motion, because that reflects the "Reality" of the situation.
karishi had a day, a last week, or the week before, where he saw the Ticks. Not as continual motion, but as the singular instances of which they were comprised, and that made things... Interesting. (Slipknot - [Wait and Bleed]). So, we have the ideal of the singular instances, and the One-Nes of time, and creation and destruction, and all that rot, right? But if they're all gone, how do we see the lasting images, and how, then, is all time one? Unless it's a metaphorical correlative thing. All Time is like an Instant. Zen-ish. Bleh. Btu that still removes, from us, the option of Time Travel. And i can't dig that.
Marlene Dietrich - [Das Ist Berlin Wie's Weint, Das Ist Berlin Wie's Lacht]--- I like time travel. Moving backward or forward through the singularness of a time that is, in all ways, singular, and connected. So how? If the instants that comprise our ideal of time are gone lost and destroyed to everything but memory, then what? In what way are they destroy, for a First question? (Oingo Boingo - [Capitalism]). Because are they destroyrd as in redistributed, and remade to constitue the New Now, or are they uncreated, and everything made Fresh? If the Former, then the components are all still there... It's a matter of manipulating the personal perception in such a way that they re-arrange to form one of the Old Ways. But, in simply being there, you change the nature of the flow of History. Free Will is safe. But, shit.. SafeGuards are needed. Hm. If, however, it is the latter, then we must take the much more drastic measures of obtaining the powers of creation and destruction. We re-visit history from memory, then and set everything right as we leave, and all is well. Heheheh. Still, really, that's not a world-wide capability for Time Travel, and this is still on the heavily mystical and metaphysical.
Another option is the quarks and science angle. (Moxy Früvous - [Horseshoes]). We figure out, in the Context of Science, what it takes to operate it all, and go for it. Really, again, we're in Contexts, and beliefs, again.
We have the understanding that Perception is going to help shape what we know the world. Shape what we Believe. What we Perceive, i mean. Quality, that Dividing Edge. That Knife Edge, that separates True, in Context, from Not. Everyone's perception of the world is Slightly different, and they all combine to make this neat little thing we've come to thin of as reality, yes? Ok, so, if we deal in individual contexts and perceptions... We're back to limitless possibilites.. And it is, again, all about what we Try for, what we Belive in, the most... Awww.. Innat Special?
And now that you are all Thoroughly convinced of my need to be commited, i'll be taking my leave.
The Nature Of Reality is neither Natural nor Real. Discuss amongst yourselves.
