KMFDM - [Adios]--- Figured it was time for a little Night Music. This is a beautiful thing, we've gotten, this year.... I think i'll tell you all what i've learned from you. (KMFDM - [Sycophant]). Alphabetically, by most well known name. Or name by which you'd care to be known.

[livejournal.com profile] absinthetics: You've taught me that there are such levels of the intellect and the psyche, where desire, concern, intrigue, and admiration meet, that it passes beyond a "physical" attraction. Because that would, some how, mar it...

[livejournal.com profile] angsty: I've learned that drive, will, and a dab of concern cannot always see you through everything. And that it's nice to have someone to go to the movies with, every so often.

(KMFDM - [D.I.Y.]). [livejournal.com profile] atlqueenrai: That people can be disappointed in me, and still stick by me. A lesson learned, a second time.

[livejournal.com profile] bakeneko: That friends are friends, even with huge communication time gaps.
And you still owe me pie. That's my fault.

[livejournal.com profile] bitterfriendly: That there are people, around and near me, who understand, even though they are not physically close. Not family. But friends.

(KMFDM - [Today])[livejournal.com profile] brigidamor: That people can overcome the seemingly huge emotional troubles they have, but never be jaded to the hurts.

[livejournal.com profile] chromatics: The continual ability of Intelligence to undermine, surpass, and bulldoze its self, often in the same mental moment.

[livejournal.com profile] comorbid: Dood. Nuff Said.

[livejournal.com profile] desu: Perversity, uniqueness, and amazing diversity.

[livejournal.com profile] djedhi: Rebirth can be needed, again and again, until You feel satisfied.

(KMFDM - [Witness])[livejournal.com profile] dmlaenker: Persistence.

[livejournal.com profile] faith_rayne: Synchronicity, the Airier levels of the shamanistic/hermetic meld.

[livejournal.com profile] jinxvamp: How to stick to your guns, and do what you Know to be right.

[livejournal.com profile] karishi: Rocks are important. Not new, but still true.

[livejournal.com profile] kellinator: Shit can suck, but it always gets better.

[livejournal.com profile] kitsuchan: Being far away, and in semi new places can be nervous, but the best thing to do is to remember family, always.

(KMFDM - [R.U. OK?])[livejournal.com profile] ladymerrydeath: Perseverance, and a good chunk of the German language. Food plus study, plus friends, equals Good.

[livejournal.com profile] lightbluecrayon: Bears have tea in the strangest places, these days.

Mech:... There are too many things to list here.. But the value of family, the understanding of Silver and Wings, and the knowledge that once you're in someone's head, if you're Truly there, you never leave. *hugs*

[livejournal.com profile] misokisaragi: Even more than i knew, people still appreciate the Latin language.

(KMFDM - [That's All])[livejournal.com profile] noctem: Many people can be loved, and forget it often. We should remind them, as much as possible.

[livejournal.com profile] nytehiker: Depth of feeling, levels of emotion, and the true drive to Do something.

[livejournal.com profile] paosparti: That it gets strange, when you lose contact, with your friends.

[livejournal.com profile] tkc: Many wonderful and useful bits of news, information, and lessons on morality, of all things. :)

(KMFDM - [Full Worm Garden])[livejournal.com profile] xabigailx: Metal. Death. Bitchery. ;)

[livejournal.com profile] xcess: That there are people, there, who really do know what it's like to go through the throes of passion (artistic, or otherwise) and have a vision of a bloodsplattered wall, and your hand, knuckle deep through the skin of the others' throat, chest, or whathave you... This was a more important lesson than you may ever know.

Out of alpha, now. On to others:

Sister Anonymous: You've taught me understanding, observation, and how to notice shifts in the self, that would have, other wise, been missed.

Patrick W.: That we can reach news levels of understanding, through debate. Hope for the rest of the world.

(KMFDM - [Rubicon])Elizabeth M.: That certain mixtures can be a bit volatile, but no less enjoyable.

JMDC: The art of acceptance, and progression.

Patrick: Friendship, Family.

Elizabeth K.: That there's not too much to be scared of, because everything can be beaten.

Kyreshac: (KMFDM - [Bereit]) Shifting acceptance, and self discovery. Long roads, hard processes. The importance of keeping a bit of the innocence, alive.

Devin: That somethings are funny, even when they shouldn't be. Boobies.

Rosie: The presence of renewal, and that even such a thing as that, can be detrimental, at times.

(The Electirc Hellfire Club - [Invocation])Saigh: That, even when all signs point in other directions, you can try to save things from the past. The fact that some things need to be said, or done. Remember all things change, and nothing is truly lost.

Strixus: That people's dreamscapes are their own. That all duties and burdens get heavy, eventually.

Fullspills: That people Find me more important than i know how to reciprocate...

(EHC - [Age of Fire])Pallandrome: That almost all things can be solved with mocha frappicinos, video games, and movie rentals.

Kes14600: That there are trials, and spills, and that i have a lot to say, when asked.

StarAscent: That people still have hope, and belief, and a sense of wonder at the world, shy though they may be to express it.

I think that that may be all..... No sense of preference, there, at the end, simply names as they came to me, as i tried to remember who actually reads this insanity. Don't take the things i've said here lightly. I meant every word. I've learned more than these words, from all of you, though, and i know that if i were to try to write it, i'd be here, even longer. As it stands, it's been nearly an hour, trying to find the words. (EHC - [Psychedelic Sacrifice]). If you want more, or if you want to know the things that you've taught me, in your "failings," or, more precisely, your harsher lessons, then ask me, i'm more than happy to tell you, one on one, or anywhere you want. But my brain is tired, right now, from holding all of these amazing things, at the front, all at once.... I hope this means something to you... and really, that sums up everything i do.. In the end, i hope it means something to you.

I know it means a Hell of a lot to me.

Dream Well

Makes me happy that I got to you that much. Either that, or wonder whether I'm like Borg, and assimilate all I come in contact with. :)
Either way, there's always a spare couch in my head.

wow damien...considering how high on the scale of importance that understanding tends to be for you, the fact that i've helped you learn understanding is quite flattering ;-P :-)
as for observation and the ability to notice changes in the self that would have otherwise been missed....think of that as a reminder when times get hard that there are people who care and truly pay attention to you and what you say and what is important to you...
additional perspectives are good...especially when we know that we are only seeing reflections of ourselves :-)
You have always taught me a lot...but lately especially about patience, determination, friendship, following your heart, and that no matter how crappy things may seem, they can and will get better. Thank you for being here brother, and for your support in times of stress and pain. Your understanding and your patient ear are a rare gift. *big hugz*

....was a threat of bodily harm to teach you the first lesson. STAY OUT OF MY FRIGGN DREAMS. My dream life is weird enough without you in it.
As for duty... hmph. All duty weight heavly, yes. But it is that very reason we can never cast it aside. And try as we might, and want as we might, when charged with something to protect, we must protect, even if it tears us to shreads. Remember that.

Strixus - Welcome Home.

There is more German, food, and most of all friendship to be had...as well as that perseverance...and I will have to be having a better command of the language for more and better reasons than my love of it...*giggle*

There's a phone call I need to make to someone. Someone important that has seemed to fall away from me by my own doing. You will hear from me soon, this weekend if not sooner. *huge hugs* I love you.

I am honoured to be anywhere near the words you used after my name.

You have indeed made my day, and made the last year of fitful writing worth it.

Thanks. A lot.

wolven: you gave me the gift of understanding that there are many parts to everything and not one of them is a lie, just a way of looking at it and understanding it. thank you.
