Zoe Keating - Flying & Flocking--- Been a light posting week. A lot of strange things going on, and a lot of attendant emotions, with them.
Strange back-and-forths with my employer and odd things in regards to![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
unknownbinaries' art, hanging there, coupled with my considerations of what I want to be doing and where I want to be.
Thoughts on the whole Frankenstein/Pinocchio thing, in a long form piece, using Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles as a backdrop.
Zoe Keating - Optimist (live)--- I need to watch this again: The Laws of Robotics, before I do that, and still trying to decide where I want to post it. It's more of an original piece, dealing in my own thoughts on a philosophical and conceptual problem than an exegesis on a piece or pieces of popular culture... I don't know. We'll see.
Been having some interesting conversations over on Twitter. Come by and talk.
The harderst thing about magic is doing exactly what you say you're going to do. Sometimes it means being cold, emotionally distant, mean, heartless. Sometimes it means denying yourself a thing that can really help, in the short term, for the sake of your longterm promises and goals. Very difficult.
Time to get shopping over with.
