So. Things that went into my head, before bed, last night: " Déjà Vu," Gnarls Barkley, and "Monarch of the Glen." Dreams were combinations of all of the abovce: Cross-Country Travels to stop a mass-murderer who thought he was a vessel for god, and doing the right thing for all humanity, with gods and whatnot. Also, about getting the case of water out of my trunk.

I should do that.

You should read "Monarch of the Glen." Seriouisly. Read American Gods, first, but read "Monarch ofthe Glen."

Create a meme today.

See you later.

Hmm. Alan Moore tells you what he means by magic.

Grant Morrison tells you what he means by magic.

My thoughts, tonight, were of how I don't talk, much, anymore, about the state of science. Artificial Intelligence, specifically, is on my mind, because, well, artificial neural nets are curerntrly being used int he fields of experimental philosophy and neuro-science and neuro-economics to try and figure out how the brain works. The human brain.

You see, rather than trying to figure out the potential lerarning pathways, and the limits of complexity available in the connection of neurons, etc., people have decided to try and figure out. The Human Brain. We have static, fully formed human brains. I have one, you have one, you have one, that chick over there has one, and that fucker back that way has one. Someone, somewhere, would donate their working brain to science, if they were to go into a coma, or whatnot. I know they would. So why don't we let them? Why don't we use more of the artificial ones for a better purpose?

Describe the potential of the system, itself, not the specific known structure. If you get me. Your thoughts?
