Metaphysics has made me angry.
Jan. 18th, 2006 05:04 pmI spent the entire last half of class, today, drawing tiny quantum mechanical pictures, regarding the nature of black holes, and how the Planck length regards the torus, the mobius, and the spiral. If I had a scanner I'd show you.
So angry, so bored. Want to be covering other things, and I am simply too pissed off to speak kindly to the rest of the people in the class. Period.
I've been heavily concerned with internal logic, recently. If I understand the way in which something regards itself, then i can most likely accept and integrate tht thing, into what I perceive to be the over-arching scheme of things. Also, i hate today's so-called Skeptics.
Skepticism used to mean that you wouldn't take a position until there was evidence found, either way. No yea or nay vote, until the sides weighed in. Now, "skeptics" take the negative position, and anyone they don't like is full of crap. What the fuck kind of way to start a debate is that?
This rant brought to you by the number F and the letter 324afawer2 e-117, and a Grant from the Home Foundation.
Feh. I'm out of here. Time to go home.
