Wow... Long day.

Danger Doom - [Sofa King]--- Went to work, this morning, tallied more surveys. Couldn't stand up, well, so I went home, after talking to Dr Ruprecht, and letting him know. I think I broke him. More on that later.

Went home, did some reading, fell asleep, on the train, ate some food. Went back to school to watch a screening of one episode each of Charlie's Angels, and Hill Street Blues. The first had one of the funniest car explosions, Ever. The latter made me realise how much I liked that show. It was pretty awesome.

Danger Doom - [The Mask (w/ Ghostface Killah)]--- After that, Al and I went to gt Victoria, then mech_angel, and then head to damnedsaint's birthday party. That was awesome as Hell. Lots of fire, meat, booze, and birthday fun and debauchery. Good times.

Now, about Dr. Ruprecht. I told him I wouldn't be in class, and he just kind of smiled this brittle smile, and told me to get the notes from someone in class. Didn't ask anything, like he usually does, didn't want to talk about anything. (Danger Doom - [Perfect Hair]). Later, raoin calls me to tell me that he announced, in class, that there will be quizes every day of class, from now on, on the reading due for that day. (Danger Doom - [Benzie Box (w/ C-Lo)]). Five weeks from the end of class. He then e-mails, tonight, to tell everyone that anyone having not yet turned in a proposal for the paper, due in late November, will be withdrawn from the class if they have not submitted something to him by the close of business tomorrow. I think, honestly, that my not being in class was a last straw. It's kind of disturbing.

Danger Doom - [Old School (w/ Talib Kweli)]--- It's odd, but I can't really blame him. He's more used to graduate level courses, specifically seminars. Still. No reason to punish the entire class.
