And not in the "building them, from aether," sense, either. (Voltaire - [The Headless Waltz]). Hung out with people, tonight, after work, dispite being about to fall unconscious, at the slightest urging. I was convinced to go out, and i'm pretty glad of it, as i got to help someone out with stress, via back rub, and invite people. Yes, invite. It's that time again. E-mail if you want details. Anyway, it was a good night of conversations, and gaps closing... It was nice to see, for once, though i did miss talking to other people. Damn cause and effect. :P

At the moment, i'm tired as all Hell, and i'm going to go to bed. Tomorrow, i'l maybe muse on why our seconds aren't longer...

Voltaire - [The Last Word]--- I look at it like "Changing the Waters of Life," to go back to my wealth of Dune references and metaphors. You have enough of a type of thing, you start to understand its chemical structure on a basic level, if not a scientific one. You know what it does to your body, at what points, in what quantities, and you know how to mittigate its effects, in a manner befitting what you need, from it. You can altr your chemical reaction to it, and make it into something beneficial.

Android Lust - [Another Void]--- Certain things are... difficult, because they're not simply that substance. There are other additives, and chemicals, and sugars, to consider. The difference between eating an apple, and eating applesauce. Also, in other senses, you have your foods, which you know, but have become as background static, to your diet. There's really a push that needs to be made to understand it, and know what it's doing to your system, where, and how to work with or around that, or simply change it, outright.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer Cast - [Going Through the Motions]--- Take a substance you ingest, on a regular basis, be it alcohol, or caffeine, or nicotine, or whatever you do. Really examine it, and what it does to you, when you ingest it. Examine it under various circumstances of foods you've had that day, amount of sleep, stress level, and so on. (Portishead& Moloko - [Fun For Me]). Get to know it, very, very well. Start learning yourself, knowing your internals enough to change the situation if it becomes one of discomfort.

I still hold that, if people paid more attention to their bodily wants and needs, these fad diets and crap wouldn't be necessary. But then i'd be minus a field of stress/entertainment.

Look, the point of all of this is that you can change the waters, and then you cannot be false. It's simple, when you get the hang of it. (Tori Amos - [Lovesong (Cure Cover)]). Unfortunately, in some cases, the practicing might kill you.... Hmm....
