wolven7KMFDM - [Blood (Evil Mix)]--- So, i've studied for German, and i've taken a shower. I'm feeling pretty good. Am still feeling a bit off, with the whole, some puck-rock type person i know in danger, thing, but then, that could be any number of people. Da Bossman's been bein' kinda Sledgehammer-like with the Dreams, of recent... (KMFDM - [These Boots Are Made For Walkin' (Bombs Remix)] ). It's kind of weird....
I'm fairly confident about the German test, tomorrow, and i'll be doing some more studying, just to be absolutely certain. I'm tired of these middle C's on a language that i, by all rights, love. It's pissing me off. It's got something to do with a lack of motivation, of sorts. A Lethargy for all things mundane, and that don't pander directly to me... Spoiled. The problem i have is that i'm not allowed to go at my own pace. Anyone who's read my past post on teaching, and the educational system, knows that i think that a personalised approach is a good one. But in a large University, like GSU, that's damn near impossible.
Moxy Fruvous - [Down from Above]--- My learning of languages focuses in on the kinetic, the Visual, the contextual, and the analogous, for me to gain anything. I have to do it, see it, hear it, and understand its English corollaries. (MC Chris - [DQ Blizzard]). But, in a standardized class, i cannot do all of these things, and i don't have the [motivation/drive to make the] time to do them, on my own... Such dilemmas plague me, every hour of every day.
Speaking of which, we talked about Hicks, and Pluralism, today, in Phi Religion. (TDOTHT - [Ogdru Jahad]). It was funny, and i got to use Morpheus' Jewel Analogy, to a large group of Christians, Muslims, Atheists, and Agnostics. It was wonderful, i smiled for hours. :)
Oh, by the way "Flag." That was simply to secure my status as my own sovereign.
Hrm... i was watching "Fast Lane," earlier, cause it was on MTV, and this blatant anomaly/expected/inevitable commercialization had to be documented. (Cake - 10 [It's Coming Down]). One of the final shots was of this girl who had been shot, and she's lying on the ground, and you can see her right hip-bone, because of the way that She, and her shirt, and pants have fallen. And i thought to myself "That's the sexiest thing i've seen on television in a very long time." And i understood a certain someone's fascination with them.
Going to bed now.
