But at the top of the music, here, is a song by Voltaire and Amanda Palmer, of the Dresden Dolls.

You will love it, them, and me, now. In whichever order you choose.

Oh man, that guy's such a huge ponce. He just goes places and stands around waiting for people to go "Oh my god, you're Voltaire!"

Yep, but that's pretty much his schtick. Everything about the man shouldbe taken with a grain of salt.

I guess; it's just kind of hard for me to see him without a healthy dash of distaste given the way he's acted towards several of my friends and acquaintences due to some sort of minor "scene celebrity" status he's presumably got, especially when his work isn't really representative of said scene at all.

(Previously over-argumentative and, in retrospect, slightly immature comment deleted; if you got it delivered to your e-mail, apologies.)

He can be an ass, and has been toward me, even, but, hell, so's Warren Ellis. Doesn't mean I stop liking what they produce, just that I interact with them, personally, a bit differently, if at all.

No worries about previous.
