Today I had a very long conversation about metaphysics and perception and the unnature of reality (or is that the nature of unreality?). It went on for hours.
Then, at the end of work, as I was about to clock out, I said, "I'm fuckin' Done! I ain't doin' shit else! Ya'll be lucky if I turn the damn lights out!" Then I spilled about 30oz of coffee all over the counter and the floor.
Because the universe is a persistent hallucination with a sick sense of humour.
